Abstract
- We describe a cationic amphiphilic diblock copolymer for co-delivery of drugs and genes.
- This copolymer self-assembles to form sheddable micelles having disulfides at interfaces.
- The reduction-response exhibits rapid release of both drugs and genes.
- Intracellular trafficking results suggest the versatility as an effective nanocarrier platform.
