Abstract
- Surface modified with extracellular matrices from normal somatic cells, stem cells and tumor cells were prepared by cell culture method.
- The extracellular matrices derived from different cells possess different composition.
- The effects of the ECM-deposited surfaces on the adhesion, spreading and proliferation of MSCs and MG63 human osteosarcoma cells were dependent on the type of both ECMs and cells.
