Abstract
By green electrospinning, core-shell SF/PEO nanofibers were obtained with dexamethasone (Dex) loaded in the core. In vitro drug release studies demonstrated that Dex in the core-shell nanofibers showed desired release profile. Anti-inflammatory activity in vitro showed that the released Dex could reduce the PIECs inflammatory damage which was induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS).
