Reconstituted oil bodies characterization at the air/water and at the air/oil/water interfaces

BAM images sequence when ROBs were injected into the subphase at a final concentration of 250 μg/ml. The first picture was taken after 1 h from ROBs injection and the other pictures every 2 h along the plateau region. In the sequence the insertion of new surface active material from the bulk at the interface and directly at the interface is evident.
