- A novel label-free Ru(bpy)32+ ECL aptasensor was fabricated.
- Layered flowerlike MoS2-graphene as the matrix of the aptasensor.
- MoS2-graphene composites shows excellent conductivity and large loading capacity.
- The aptasensor exhibits high sensitivity, high selectivity, acceptable stability and applicability.
