Abstract
- We evaluated two different concentrations of SDS on HSA fibrillation.
- Lower SDS concentrations increased HSA fibrillation as a salt.
- Higher SDS concentration decreased HSA fibrillation as a chaperon-like.
- Different forces contribute in HSA interaction at different SDS concentrations.
- Fibrillar HSA has lesser impact on PC12 retraction at higher SDS concentration.
