Abstract
- Cancer stem cells (CSC) have been proposed as the reason of cancer relapse which are characterized mainly based on CD44+ phenotype.
- A drug-induced ionic gelation technique has been used to prepare CDDP-incorporated nanoparticles.
- The RSM optimized glyconanoparticles showed a Z-average size of 153Â nm having a spherical shape.
- There is significant reduction in formation of holoclones, meroclones and paraclones in presence of nanoparticles.
