Abstract
- Biodegradable PCL-based PU elastomer was synthesized.
- PU nanofibers were electrospun from the solution in N,N-dimethylacetamide and 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol.
- MSC aggregates on PU nanofibers had greater differentiation capacities than those on PCL nanofibers.
- Electrospun biodegradable/elastic nanofibers may provide environmental cues for MSC differentiation.
