Abstract
- High pressure homogenization (HPH) was able to produce celecoxib nanocrystals.
- HPH changed morphology and increased crystallinity of celecoxib particles.
- Crystalline celecoxib showed better dissolution than amorphous celecoxib.
- Freeze dried samples contained 5% solulpus showed excellent dissolution rate.
