Abstract
- Fabrication of SERS nanoprobes by microwave irradiation is presented.
- The adsorption of 4-MBA on the surface of gold nanoparticles via microwave is demonstrated by UV-vis and Raman scattering.
- Nanoprobes are used for biofunctionalization of anti-VCAM-1.
- The application of SERS nanoprobes to localize the expression of VCAM-1 in vitro is reported.
