Abstract
- Novel iron oxide porous nanorods (IOPNR) with porosity property were synthesized.
- We obtained high efficiency of DOX-loaded due to the pore structure.
- Tumor-targeting colloid was used to modify IOPNR.
- Active targeting was proved effectively in cell experiment.
