Abstract
- We synthesized targeting ligand-modified polymeric prodrugs (TFPXPEG).
- TFPXPEG showed dramatically increased solubility against aqueous solution better than free paclitaxel.
- In vitro and in vivo evaluation, TFPXPEG inhibited tumor growth and enhanced therapeutic efficacy.
- The synthesized TFPXPEG has potential to be used as tumor targeting polymeric prodrugs.
