Abstract
- A new fluorescent nanoparticle was developed by chemical crosslinking of PAA.
- A dual hydroxyls naphthalimide compound acted as fluorescent crosslinker.
- The structure, morphology, cytotoxicity and spectral properties were investigated.
- Nanoparticle-BSA interaction was studied by fluorescence, absorbance and CD methods.
- The results were useful for further biomedical applications of the nanoparticle.
