Abstract
- The nanoparticles composed of hyaluronate (HA) grafted with 3-diethylaminopropyl (DEAP) group were fabricated.
- The protonated DEAP at pH 5.0 elevated drug release rate from the nanoparticles.
- Degradation of HA by hyaluronidase accelerated drug release rate from the nanoparticles.
