Abstract
- CNTs-based MfphA and BphD have large loading amount (up to 250 mg gâ1).
- MfphA lost activity completely when it attached to SWNT.
- BphD-CSWCNT has comparable catalytic efficiency with free BphD (92.9%).
- Blocking the substrate tunnel in MfphA-SWCNT conjugate made MfphA inactive.
