Abstract
- The transmittance remained high when the PCL content of a blend was raised by up to 25% (PCL25).
- A higher PCL content indicates greater cell proliferation in chitosan/PCL blends.
- The BCECs retained their physiological phenotype.
- The expression of collagen type IV was detected.
- A representative illustration of the culture setting of BCECs indicates that the blend membrane might serve as a scaffold and carrier.
