Abstract
- Aceclofenac-loaded nanoparticles for oral use were prepared by heat coagulation.
- Chitosan, egg albumin and sodium tripolyphosphate were used as excipients.
- Transdermal Carbopol 940 gel was prepared using 2% NaTPP cross-linked nanoparticles.
- The prepared gel showed improved permeation profile which sustained over 8Â h.
- Developed gel exhibited excellent anti-inflammatory comparable with a marketed gel.
