Abstract
- DNA does not have surface activity by itself, but it acts as electrolyte in interaction with bolaform surfactants.
- The electrical conductivity of DNA-bolaform solution decreased following binding of bolaforms to DNA.
- The binding of both bolaform to DNA is of electrostatic type and bolaform is bonded to external part of DNA.
