Abstract
- Giant vesicles are electroformed under AC electric field in a microfluidic device.
- 60% of the electroformed vesicles have diameters of 10-20 μm.
- Electrofusion of giant vesicles is realized in the same microfluidic device with about 20% electrofusion efficiency.
