												- Grooved PLGA films incorporated with RGD/YIGSR peptides were fabricated.
- Cell adhesion of C2C12 myoblasts was increased by surface presenting peptide, while cell morphology was modulated by surface topography.
- Myotube formation was eventually enhanced by the combination of surface peptide and topography.
