Abstract
- We design and synthesize hydrophobic oligopeptide (HOP)-based star-block copolymers.
- Copolymers are water-soluble and biodegradable.
- Structures of these copolymers are easily extended and modulated.
- Star-block copolymers resemble unimolecular micelles.
- Unimolecular micelles encapsulate hydrophobic drugs efficiently.
