Abstract
- Three techniques (SPR, UV-vis and CV) are used to study the binding behavior between porphyrin and ctDNA.
- The binding constants obtained from these three techniques at 298Â K are very close to each other.
- We have found that 11-MUA modified gold film is more suitable for studying the DNA-drug interaction.
