Abstract
⺠The adsorption of fibronectin on a grooved nanostructure was investigated. ⺠At low concentrations fibronectin preferentially adsorbed in the grooves. ⺠The amount of adsorbed protein per surface area was increased on the nanostructure. ⺠The increased protein density led to a higher degree of native fibronectin. ⺠At high concentrations fibronectin was uniformly distributed across the topography.
