Abstract
⺠Ascorbyl palmitate-polyethyleneglycol400 (PEG 400)-water phase diagrams were made. ⺠Increasing PEG 400 concentration reduces gel-mesophase transition temperature. ⺠Up to three lamellar and one cubic mesophases may be present. ⺠Some systems may be used for pharmaceutical skin preparations.
