Abstract
Over the past 10Â years, much progress has been made in the application of solution Overhauser dynamic nuclear polarization (ODNP) for the study of hydration dynamics in biomolecules. In this review, we comment on that work, and further aspects of the technique to be refined. ODNP is a powerful tool which can also be applied to the study of hydration dynamics in soft polymer materials.96
