Abstract
The mechanism of DNA oligonucleotide adsorption by GO, and graphene, and subsequent desorption induced by cDNA and various denaturing conditions is summarized. This is a complex and interesting bio-interfacial system due to the effect of DNA sequence, length, hybridization and the heterogeneous nanoscale structure of GO.84
