Abstract
⺠Submicrometric Diamond films were grown on Ti-13Nb-13Zr and Gum metal using HFCVD method. ⺠Gum metal (â¼200 nm) posses higher grain size compare to Ti-13Nb-13Zr (â¼100 nm). ⺠Ra and RMS values of diamond coated Gum metal was higher compared to Ti-13Nb-13Zr. ⺠Diamond coated Gum metal possesses higher compressive stress (5.45 GPa). ⺠Corrosion and wear studies provide higher performance to Diamond coated Gum metal.
