Abstract
⺠Unique liquid erosion experiments on polymer matrix composites reinforced with carbon nanotubes. ⺠Acoustic impedance measurements and microhardness testing on nanoreinforced composites. ⺠The candidate materials exhibit nominally similar damage threshold velocities. ⺠The employed CNT dispersion level does not appear to result in significantly higher DTVs. ⺠Based on obtained DTVs the aerospace applications of the candidate materials are confined to UAVs.
