Abstract
âºWe model a humidification-dehumidification unit by using the constructal theory. âºThe main purpose of the present research work is maximization of water production. âºWe use the Lagrange multipliers method to optimize the fresh water production rate. âºThe effects of inlet water streams temperatures on design parameters were presented. âºThe optimal configuration of HD system is consequently temperature dependent.
