Abstract
⺠A real dye-house effluent was treated, containing disperse and metal-complex dyes. ⺠The colour and COD removal efficiencies were up to 98% and 65%, respectively. ⺠The flux decline is attributed to the cake formation. ⺠When the UF follows the flocculation, a higher flux results.
