Abstract
A novel polyethylene (PE) separator supported gel polymer electrolyte (PEGPE) rich in ester groups was synthesized via a facile in-situ polymerization strategy by using pentaerythritol tetraacrylate (PETEA) cross-linked with divinyladipate (Ester). This PEGPE presents a decent ionic conductivity at room temperature and renders the assembled Li-S batteries with characteristics of stable cycling and enhanced safety.286
