Abstract
⸠First study of steric hindrance effect on amine demonstrated in a solid phase. ⸠Effect enhanced the CO2 transport capacity of amines in a solid polymer film. ⸠Developed new membranes using sterically hindered polyamines as fixed carriers. ⸠New membranes showed much improved performance compared with literature data.
