Abstract
⸠SMM was used to improve the surface hydrophobicity of PVDF HFM. ⸠Average pore size and contact angle increased by adding SMM in the spinning dope. ⸠Fabricated PVDF HFMs were used in contactor application for CO2 absorption. ⸠CO2 flux of the hollow fiber increased by surface modification. ⸠CO2 flux decline by partial pore wetting was reduced by surface modification.
