Abstract
⺠It is possible to increase the shear-stress only near the membrane surface (and not in the whole system). ⺠The productivity of membrane emulsification can be greatly improved this way. ⺠No serious droplet disruption because of pump. ⺠The method is especially suitable for shear-sensitive materials.
