Abstract
⺠Ultrafiltration of highly concentrated and unstable oil in water emulsions. ⺠Filter cake has a definite yield stress and behaves as a Bingham fluid. ⺠Determination of critical flux as a function of oil concentration in the feed. ⺠Determination of cake compressibility factor for the oily cake. ⺠The oily cake was found to be compressible.
