Abstract
⺠CO2 separation using Supported Magnetic Ionic Liquid Membranes (SMILMs) is studied. ⺠Membrane stability, gas permeability and selectivity towards CO2 is evaluated. ⺠Both supports including MILs ensure their operation at real process pressure. ⺠Higher selectivity towards CO2 may indicate a potential application. ⺠Application of an external magnetic field could enhance CO2 separation performance.
