Abstract
⺠The enormous potential of IL-based ABS for lipase extraction is clearly shown. ⺠First advance to extract a widely used commercial lipase from Candida antarctica. ⺠Great activity and stability of CaLA in alkylsulfate-based ILs is demonstrated.
