Abstract
By established the mathematical model in heat pipe heat exchanger (HPHE) system, numerical simulation method is used for temperature field, flow field distribution in heat exchanger simulated calculation. The establishment of a single heat pipe inner temperature field model is used as numerical simulation, focus on transition part and inside and outside of each row of heat pipe temperature distribution for moderate-temperature HPHE. Through single heat pipe heat transfer model to analyze the heat pipe heat transfer characteristics in the heat exchanger. The research provides a theoretical basis for the safety of each row of heat pipe heat cohesion in different regions inside the tube.
