Abstract
⺠The flow normal to a heated flat plate is considered. ⺠The governing parameters are the Reynolds, Richardson and Prandtl number. ⺠The influence of these parameters on the results is investigated. âºÂ The results in the downward are greater than that in the upward facing plate. âºÂ For Pr â â the drag and the wake length approach the values of forced convection.
