Abstract
⺠Isothermal decomposition kinetics of KBrO3 in the range 668-683 K by TG. ⺠Effect of trivalent dopant ions, Al3+ and PO43â, on the kinetics decomposition. ⺠Decomposition follows contracting square model with two different rate constants. ⺠Diffusion of ions, K+ and BrO3â, is determining the rate in both stages. ⺠A eutectic of KBr-KBrO3 is formed in the stage 2 process of the decomposition.
