Abstract
In the past, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company has observed the degradation of load control operability over time. While it is prohibitively expensive to periodically conduct a site visit to the home of every participant in the Company's PeakRewards program to identify inoperable devices, AMI affords a new opportunity to focus the search.
