- Ethanol had a positive effect on biomass accumulation of Scenedesmus sp.
- Maximum increment of lipid and fatty acid content were 1.34 and 3.14 times.
- Ethanol concentration at 0.6Â mL/L inhibited lipid content accumulation.
- Negligible 14C-ethanol was transferred to fatty acids used as biodiesel feedstock.
