Abstract
- A moving bed granular filter was tested for its performance in hot cleaning of fast pyrolysis vapour.
- The filter can accommodate either single or two-stage filtration.
- Filtration process parameters influenced the yield and properties of bio-oil.
- Bio-oil of high quality was obtained by the use of the granular filter.
