Abstract
⺠Co-digestion of fruit and vegetable waste sludge with artichoke waste enhanced biogas production. ⺠Methanosaeta and Methanosarcina dominanted the methanogenic community. ⺠Methanosarcina numbers increased upon co-digestion with chopped fresh artichoke waste. ⺠Methanosaeta numbers decreased upon co-digestion with chopped fresh artichoke waste.
