Abstract
⺠A self-agitation anaerobic baffled reactor (SA-ABR) was improved. ⺠The hydraulic characteristics was simulated in the self-agitation process. ⺠The reactor could be regarded as the combination of CSTR and PFR. ⺠The self-agitation intensity is depend on the length of the U-tube. ⺠The design and operation features of the self-agitation reactor are discussed.
