Abstract
⺠The microalga Chlorella sorokiniana 12 exhibited high growth rate in under aerated conditions. ⺠It yielded up to1.44 g Lâ1 biomass and 24.90% extracts of dry weight. ⺠The major components of its extracts were straight chain alkane and fatty alcohols. ⺠It is a promising feedstock for biofuel production.
