Abstract
⺠A new effective tar thermocatalytic treatment using radio frequency energy is proposed. ⺠The reactor temperature of 1200 °C can be reached quickly at 700 W. ⺠RF non-thermal effect contributes for generating radical reaction for tar removal. ⺠Y-zeolite has better catalytic activity than dolomite, even at temperature of 550 °C.
