Abstract
⺠Biomass and lipid production of microalgae were examined under different conditions. ⺠Photoheterotrophic condition resulted the highest biomass productivity. ⺠High glucose and yeast extract concentrations enhanced the productivity. ⺠Different agitation rates affected the lipid content and composition in bioreactors. ⺠FTIR analysis revealed time course changes in biochemical spectrum of microalgae.
