Abstract
► The effect of ionic liquid on the stability of immobilized laccase was investigated. ► Immobilized laccase showed good operational stability in IL for 10 cycles. ► Immobilization improved the thermal stability of laccase in the presence of IL. ► Kinetics were fitted to the Michaelis-Menten model satisfactorily.
