Abstract
⺠Concentrate after ultrafiltration of sugar beet thin juice as ethanol production feed. ⺠Two yeast strains and three supplementation variants tested for process improvement. ⺠Fermentation of the concentrate ended with ca. 82% ethanol yield. ⺠Nutrient supplementation further improved ethanol yield.
